EKSIGMA is committed to enhancing the visibility, discoverability, accessibility, and responsible dissemination of its scholarly content through open-access publishing, interoperable metadata, and verified information services.

Visibility and Discoverability

EKSIGMA publishes its content in open access. Its articles may be discoverable through academic search engines, including Google Scholar.

Google Scholar is identified as a discovery and visibility service. Its mention does not constitute a claim of selective journal indexing.

Registration in ROAD

EKSIGMA is registered in the Directory of Open Access scholarly Resources (ROAD).

ROAD is a directory that provides access to bibliographic records of open-access scholarly resources. Its inclusion is presented as a registration and visibility service and not as a claim of selective journal indexing.

Interoperability

EKSIGMA uses the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) to facilitate the interoperability and harvesting of its published metadata by repositories, information systems, libraries, and indexing services.

Article metadata are exposed in Dublin Core format.

Indexing and Abstracting Services

EKSIGMA will declare inclusion only in indexing and abstracting services that have formally accepted or indexed the journal and whose records can be independently verified.

The journal does not claim inclusion in selective indexing services until official acceptance has been obtained.

Upon formal acceptance, EKSIGMA will update this page to provide the name and verified record of each indexing or abstracting service.
